SMSAlert

From GSM hardware to multichannel platform

"Our journey began well before 2018, with the construction of our own 4G hardware equipment, which allowed customers to use their own SIM card to send SMS messages."

The development team spent months designing and programming the equipment before the official launch in 2018. From the outset, our philosophy was simple: to offer complete control — your own SIM cards, your own rules, your own costs.

As time passed and customers sent feedback, we evolved into today's platform — a multichannel solution covering SMS, WhatsApp Business API, push notifications, and included software for managing conversations and appointments.

One API, multiple channels

"Using dedicated equipment, an Android mobile app, or third-party messaging apps connected to the cloud, you can send a message to your customer using the best possible route—through a single unified API."

GSM
Dedicated hardware equipment
GSM modems with their own SIM cards, hosted at your premises or in a data center.
Android
Android Application (SMSAlert Sync)
Any Android phone with a SIM card becomes a gateway connected to the platform.
Cloud
Cloud channels (WhatsApp, Push)
Partnerships with WhatsApp Business API and Alertisimo network for Push.

Why choose a multichannel platform?

🎯
Improved coverage
Reach customers through their preferred channel, not the one that is most convenient for you.
✉️
Personalized communication
Messages tailored to the context, channel, and behavior of each recipient.
Improved experience
Customers receive information quickly, on the channel they check most often.
📊
Data and perspectives
Centralized reports across all channels for informed decisions.
🔗
Consistency in messages
The same tone, the same brand, regardless of the channel used.
Reactivity & Personalization
Automations that react to events and send the right message at the right time.

Always Moving Forward

"We listen — our platform would not have all its current features without the feedback we received from you."

"SMSAlert is updated on a weekly schedule, so you always have the latest features available."

Every new feature starts from a real customer need. If you have an idea or a problem, you can write to us — our team responds and implements.
