You get a unique link — bookindo.app/your-business — that you share with customers. The page displays services, available days and free slots in real time. No installation, works on any phone.
The admin creates the account on bookindo.app with a phone number and an OTP code — nothing else. The customer books the same way: phone number, validation code, done. No passwords, no email addresses, no long forms.
You configure the days you are available, the time range and the slot duration. Bookindo automatically generates the list of available times. You can block specific days or intervals at any time from the dashboard.
Each service has a configurable duration and a per-slot capacity — for example, a yoga class with 10 spots available at 18:00, or an individual service with a single spot. Bookindo automatically manages remaining spots and marks the slot "Full" when it fills up.
You set how far in advance a booking can be made (e.g., minimum 60 minutes, minimum 1 day) and the maximum advance for bookings (e.g., maximum 30 days). This prevents last-minute bookings or bookings too far in the future.
Bookindo uses your SMSAlert account for all notifications. You choose the channel: direct SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Push via Alertisimo, SMSAlert Sync from your Android phone or hardware GSM modem. The same channel you already use — no additional configuration.
You set when the reminder should be sent — 24h, 2h, 30 minutes before. Bookindo sends it automatically via the chosen SMSAlert channel, with text you personalize. You can enable multiple reminders for the same event.
From the Bookindo dashboard, the admin can manually add a booking (e.g., a call received directly), approve bookings that require confirmation or cancel any booking. At each action, the customer receives an automatic notification.
The confirmation SMS includes a secure cancellation link. The customer taps the link, confirms cancellation — the slot is automatically freed in the calendar, with no action needed from you. No phone calls, no back-and-forth messages.
